Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, grill, and present hot/cold items for meals and events.
• Read and measure ingredients according to recipes.
• Operate grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment as needed.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with regular attendance.
• Other duties may be assigned based on unit requirements.
