Job summary

Dow is seeking new graduate BS/MS candidates for its Early Career Program in Research & Development, with opportunities in Texas, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and other North American locations. You will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals while aligning with business needs.

Applicants should hold a STEM degree, graduate by Sept 2027, and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities
