Self-Help is seeking a Campus General Manager to lead Revolution Mill in Greensboro, NC. You will oversee operations, financial performance, tenant relations, and partnerships with community leaders to drive occupancy, revenue, and long-term asset value.

In this role you will coordinate with a on-site leasing manager, manage third-party property management partners, and develop annual budgets aligned with Self-Help’s mission and financial objectives. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent related experience required.
• 7+ years in asset management, property management, or commercial real estate.
• Strong mission alignment to economic opportunity for underserved communities.
• Teamwork and collaboration emphasized.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Experience managing third-party vendors preferred.
• Basic budgeting or financial reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high level relationships with tenants and partners.
• Cultivate partnerships to enhance campus visibility and sustainability.
• Identify strategies to maximize campus revenue and asset performance.
• Support tenant success by connecting them to local resources.
• Direct operations and budgets with a third-party property manager.
• Oversee vendor contracts and performance on campus.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and guidance to leadership.
• Lead leasing collaboration to optimize occupancy and quality.
