Job summary

The General Manager at Revolution Mill in Greensboro, NC, will provide strategic leadership for the campus, working with tenants, partners, and the Self-Help Real Estate Team. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in asset management, property management, community development or commercial real estate.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, business leaders, community organizers and partners to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and implement strategies to maximize campus revenue and asset performance.
• Oversee operating and financial performance with a third-party property manager.
• Monitor occupancy, rental rates, and market conditions to inform leasing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing to maintain Revolution Mill branding.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Lead budget development and enforcement aligned with organizational goals.
