Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in asset/property management or related field, with mixed-use experience favored.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with tenants, partners, and community leaders to drive occupancy and campus vitality.
• Oversee operations, financials, and administration of Revolution Mill with third-party property management.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting, monitor market conditions, and recommend leasing strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure consistent branding and occupancy growth.
• Lead leasing strategy collaboration with on-site leasing manager and asset/property teams.
