Compass Group's Chartwells Higher Ed is hiring for full-time COOK positions at Winona State University in Winona, MN. The role involves preparing food to established standards and ensuring quality, safe service for students and staff.

Morning and afternoon shifts are available. Prior culinary experience is preferred but not required. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; wage ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsabilités

• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portions and temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness, stores excess food safely and records during service.
• Orders and receives food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance issues to supervisor immediately.
• Follows HACCP standards for food safety and presentation.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
