Job summary

Sodexo at Southern Nazarene University is seeking a Food Supervisor to oversee day-to-day dining operations, coordinating food service activities across fast casual, coffee counters, cafeterias, events, and casual dining.

The role requires teamwork, adaptability, and at least 1 year of related experience with a preference for supervisory background; offers part-time schedule with varying shifts and a competitive pay range of $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
