Qualifications

• 2 years of prior dishwasher experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses dishes and operates dishwashing equipment to ensure cleanliness.
• Washes pots, pans and trays per procedures and maintains sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and maintains sanitation.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Keeps dish area clean and safe, and ensures compliance with safety procedures.
• Loads/unloads supplies and performs other duties as assigned.
