Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Student Supervisor at EAST TENNESSEE STATE UNIVERSITY. You will lead student workers in food operations on client premises and report to on-site management as the working lead for student employees across facilities or locations.

As a current student, you will demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, reliability, and a commitment to a safe, productive work environment. The role involves varying shifts, training duties, and close coordination with campus operations.

Qualifications

• Some previous work experience preferred.
• Must be a current student at the school of the work location Sodexo is partnering with.

Responsibilities

• Assign responsibilities for specific work or functional activities as directed by on-site management
• Perform day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties
• Assist in orientation and training of student employees.
• Oversee student uniforms, timecards, work schedules and staffing.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
