Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a part-time Food Service Worker to support dining services at EAST TENNESSEE STATE UNIVERSITY. You will participate in food preparation, service, and maintaining clean work areas while delivering friendly customer service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adaptability with varying shifts and interview-based scheduling. Students may have hour restrictions, and benefits are available where applicable.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and able to maintain a healthy/safe working environment.
• No prior work experience required.
• Shifts vary with open availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• May work anywhere on property where food is prepared or served.
• Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products and utensils and provide general stocking duties in service area.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work stations.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements.
