Compass Group USA is hiring for a full-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. The role involves preparing, presenting and serving food, adhering to recipes, safety standards, and portion control. Duties include prep work, utensil cleaning, stock rotation, and assisting with customer service and cash controls.

Qualifications

• Prior food service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Full-time schedule; days may vary and include early shifts.

Responsabilités

• Prepares, presents and serves food in accordance with recipes and standards.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Carries pans and trays to and from work stations while following safety standards.
• Stores food properly with wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils; maintains sanitation and safety compliance.
• Distributes supplies and equipment as needed; assists with inventory and cash procedures.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner and addresses concerns with supervision guidance.
