Qualifications

• 6+ months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to train and schedule staff effectively.
• Experience evaluating performance and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules; evaluate and reward performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management; ensure quality and productivity.
• Serve as point of contact for attendance, time-off requests, and employee concerns.
• Mentor employees and support advancement; perform other duties as assigned.
