Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles preferred.
• Restaurant front-of-house experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and quality standards.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate workers' performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for time-off requests or employee concerns.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
