Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.
• Three (3) years' experience in a variety of foodservice operations (cafeterias, catering, fast food, concessions).
• Valid Driver's License and ability to qualify to drive state vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food service operations for Cambridge Commons.
• Supervise full-time, part-time, and student staff.
• Manage front-of-house food preparation, distribution, budgets and operation systems.
