Qualifications

• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.

• Must be a student at the Aramark location.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production records.
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food production quality and safety per policies and department requirements.
• Ensure safe, organized, hazard-free storage of food items.
• Maintain serving schedules and ensure menu specifications are followed.
• Maintain sanitary department and compliance with health codes.
• Maintain weekly inventory accuracy.
• May prepare orders to ensure accurate production for location.
• Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel and promote teamwork.
• Maintain safe and hazard-free working environment.
• Train/mentor food service workers.
• Maintain maintenance logs and perform preventative checks.
• Recommend equipment replacements as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by Food Service Director or Manager.
