Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverages according to standards.
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work to promote efficiency and service excellence.
• Ensures proper cash handling and related reporting per policy.
• Maintains sanitation and safety of facility and staff; enforces schedules and cleaning routines.
• Directs and participates in overall operations to ensure timely meals and customer satisfaction.
