Turning Point USA is seeking a highly driven Field Coordinator in Indianapolis to help expand our campus activism program. The role involves launching and maintaining student chapters, organizing daily activism, recruiting and training leaders, and collecting recruitment data.

You will work with the Regional Manager to implement strategy at the campus level, promote voter engagement, and represent TPUSA at events.

Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of project management software (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot).
Proficiency with social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook).
Willingness to travel 40-50%.
Passion for conservative ideals and principles.
Flexible and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

Launch and maintain student chapters; organize daily campus activism initiatives.
Recruit and train student leaders; collect recruitment data; outreach to prospective members.
Support voter registration and engagement efforts; represent TPUSA at campus events and conferences.
Promote the organization’s mission across social media and community engagements.
Oversee territory's student activists and develop/execute activism plans; report progress to leadership.
