Job summary

Turning Point USA is seeking a highly motivated Club America Field Representative to support campus chapters and activist networks in the Chicago area. You will recruit activists, organize campus initiatives, and represent TPUSA at events and conferences with a focus on grassroots engagement and social media promotion.

The role requires travel (40-50%), strong communication skills, and a passion for conservative principles. Start date ASAP, full-time salaried, exempt, based in Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Launch new student chapters and maintain established chapters within the territory.
• Recruit new activists and develop activist networks across campuses.
• Organize daily campus initiatives and promote events in-person and on social media.
• Import, organize, and manage recruitment-related data.
• Conduct outreach to prospective members and activists; give oral presentations.
• Represent TPUSA at events and conferences; promote events and conferences in the field and online.
• Manage the territory’s student activists and develop activism plans.
• Engage with the community through public speaking and networking to spread TPUSA messages.
