• Launch and grow TPUSA student groups and chapters; organize daily campus initiatives; recruit new activists; develop strong activist networks across the assigned territory.
• Import and organize recruitment data; conduct outreach to prospective members and activists; give oral presentations; represent the organization at events and conferences; promote events in the field and on social media; represent TPUSA on social media; manage the territory’s student activists and develop new activism plans.
• Represent TPUSA in the community through public speaking, networking, and organizing; work collaboratively to ensure success of chapters, activists, and the field program; embody company culture with grassroots humility, warrior spirit, and persistent innovation.
