Job summary

Turning Point USA is seeking a highly driven Field Representative to expand our campus presence in Des Moines and Iowa City. You will recruit, organize, and mobilize student activists, launching campus chapters and coordinating activism initiatives under the Regional Manager's guidance.

The role requires travel 40-50%, a full-time salaried exempt position, and strong communication, leadership, and social media engagement skills to advance our mission on college campuses.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people.
• Knowledge of project management software (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot).
• Proficiency with social media platforms, such as X, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Launch and maintain campus chapters and organize daily activism initiatives.
• Recruit and train student leaders; coordinate with Regional Manager on strategy.
• Collect and maintain recruitment data and report progress to leadership.
• Represent TPUSA at campus events, conferences, and community engagements.
