Job summary

University Housing is seeking a Skilled Trades Worker to perform a variety of building maintenance tasks in residence halls, serving ~1,200 students. You will contribute to customer service, safety, and efficient operation of a 24/7 residential program.

The role includes weekend/on-call duties and the ability to report for after-hours work as needed. A High school diploma is required, with preference for journeyman-level trades experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five years of experience, journeyman level in trades, or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and related repairs.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized; documents work using the web-based system.
