Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
• DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card / Background and Criminal History Clearance.
• First Aid/CPR Certifications.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Background in maintenance or facilities work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure basic facility hygiene, water, electricity, and AC are functional.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for scholars and staff.
• Perform general maintenance and preventative care of campus buildings.
• Inspect and maintain records of equipment and systems.
• Manage outside vendors for supplies and regular services.
