Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience across facilities tasks.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Flexibility to work alternate shifts or weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of general skilled and unskilled maintenance, construction, and repairs on buildings and equipment.
• Answer service tickets as assigned, work from written and oral instructions.
• Utilize the service ticket system on the iPad to track tasks and document completed work.
• Work independently on assigned tasks or assist other trades as directed.
• Demonstrate flexibility in daily assignments and switch tasks to support department needs.
• Comply with safety directives, participate in the Facilities on-call program.
