Job summary

Calvary Albuquerque is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform a broad range of tasks across its campuses. The role involves maintaining buildings and grounds, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and general upkeep of facilities.

You will contribute to seasonal maintenance, equipment checks, and project support, ensuring clean, safe, and well-maintained environments for church operations and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in property and facility maintenance.
• Basic knowledge and use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in a team environment and multitask.
• Possesses a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, grounds, and landscaping.
• Perform seasonal maintenance and pool/fountain upkeep.
• Provide plumbing services as needed and use carpentry skills.
• Lay tile, wood, and vinyl flooring and construct with drywall.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, sprinklers, and safety systems.
• Assist on special projects as needed.
