Job summary

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED; 3 years custodial experience can substitute.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Completion of district training for supervision of Auxiliary Staff within one year.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise schedules for 5–10 custodians.
• Train custodial staff in safe cleaning techniques and equipment use.
• Oversee cleaning of buildings and grounds, including safety compliance.
• Supervise inventory, supplies, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Ensure timely reporting and proper records with district systems.
