Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in project management.
• Three years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned renovation and capital improvement projects.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
