Job summary

Oshman Family Jewish Community Center (OFJCC) is seeking a Director of Campus Operations to oversee building maintenance, grounds, equipment projects and vendor coordination. You will ensure compliance with laws and regulations, while guiding facility improvements in a mission-driven nonprofit setting.

The role requires senior facilities experience, strong leadership and a proactive mindset to maintain a safe, efficient campus. This on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility management experience with team leadership.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, construction, paint.
• LEED, CFM, FMP and/or SFP credentials preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee building maintenance support services.
• Supervise Maintenance department, including hiring and training staff.
• Develop facilities programs, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate on-site repair vendors and manage projects.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and coordinate with vendors.
