Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance, operation, and safety tasks for buildings and grounds.
• Oversee janitorial and subcontracted teams daily.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping and alarm services.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance to reduce costly issues.
• Troubleshoot routine facilities issues (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry).
• Assist with security coordination with Facilities Manager.
• Assist with snow removal and traffic safety during events.
• Support safety drills and signage updates.
