Responsibilities

• Assists with installation/maintenance of HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Inspects buildings, mechanical rooms, and equipment to ensure safe, clean working conditions.
• Conveys maintenance status to project managers and occupants involved in major alterations/renovations.
• Attends technical training and completes computer-based training as assigned.
• Maintains accurate files and equipment records for deferred maintenance analysis.
