Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in healthcare or similar facilities.
• Ability to follow schedules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, and driveways.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on facility and equipment (plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry, mechanical).
• Clean windows and screens.
• Replace burned out light bulbs (exit lights, overhead lights, fluorescent lights, etc.).
• Service heating and cooling units/systems as specified.
• Check maintenance work orders daily.
• Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed.
