Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Facility management qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Facility Manager.
• Experience calling bids with RFPs and preparing budgets.
• Supervisory experience including hiring/firing staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities and evaluate maintenance and space use.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including contractor oversight.
• Supervise custodians and landscapers; manage preventative maintenance.
• Prepare and monitor CapEx and operating budgets.
• Bid projects using RFPs and monitor project progress.
