Qualifications

• Associate's degree in facilities management or related field.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards and hazard recognition.
• A valid NM Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage campus facilities maintenance and supervise staff.
• Ensure buildings are structurally sound, mechanically operational, and electrically safe.
• Develop and administer preventive maintenance programs for all systems.
• Coordinate safety regulations, reporting, and vendor interactions.
• Plan 24-7 coverage and manage after-hours emergencies.
• Inspect work and maintain records of time, materials, and maintenance.
