• Four years of directly related construction project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of capital projects from concept through occupancy and warranty.
• Oversee scheduling, design reviews, construction administration, and equipment/fixtures selection and installation.
• Serve as primary liaison with architects, engineers, contractors, and college stakeholders; resolve complex issues and align with objectives.
• Provide direction on feasibility studies, cost estimates, and constructability reviews to optimize value.
• Administer contracts, pay apps, and change orders; negotiate to protect financial interests.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and college policies.
