Job summary

MiraCosta College in Oceanside seeks a full-time Custodian/Custodial Maintenance Worker. Under general supervision, you will lead and participate in cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining facilities at the Oceanside campus and coordinate special projects with campus administration.

The regular schedule is 40 hours per week, 12 months, 9:30 am–6:00 pm Monday–Thursday, and 3:00 pm–11:30 pm Friday. Starting salary is $74,943 per year (range 21, step 1) with annual step increases through step 5.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining facilities.
• Inspect work to ensure a clean and safe campus environment.
• Coordinate special projects with campus administration.
• Deliver furniture and supplies to all four campus locations.
