Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Background in horticulture or agronomy is preferred.
• Experience with computer programs and snow removal processes is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage waste and recycling removal processes on campus.
• Oversee grounds maintenance and asset cleaning.
• Utilize a management system to track Grounds work orders.
• Assist with snow removal and emergency calls.

Skills

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

Ability to operate equipment including tractors and skid loaders

Knowledge of snow removal processes

Experience in field maintenance

Proficiency in Microsoft applications and scheduling software

Education

Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience

Horticultural/Agronomy background

PA Pesticide License in Core, Category 6 and 7
