Job summary

The position is essential personnel with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift heavy loads, and work in all weather conditions while interacting professionally with a diverse campus

• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
• Experience in waste or custodial services preferred.
• Professional interaction with campus community and coworkers in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, handle, and dispose of solid waste materials across campus buildings.
• Provide limited support to recycling operations to maintain continuity of services.
• Operate small utility vehicles and golf carts as part of daily duties.
