Job summary

The Retreat at Ladys Island, part of Phoenix Senior Living, is seeking a Campus Facilities Director to oversee two communities. The role reports to the Executive Director and leads the facilities management operations to keep a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating large projects, ensuring code compliance, and maintaining HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to support daily operations and resident

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in a facilities environment.

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance logs daily and assign tasks to staff.
• Plan and lead facilities management operations including maintenance, housekeeping, laundry and security.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants for large-scale projects.
• Ensure safety, code compliance, and OSHA requirements across all systems.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with Executive Director.
