Job summary

The Retreat at Ladys Island, operated by Phoenix Senior Living, seeks a Campus Facilities Director to oversee two communities. You will lead facilities management, maintain safety, and coordinate with the Executive Director and vendors to meet regulatory and resident needs.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance, coordinating large-scale projects, ensuring HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems operate safely, and training staff in safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory and management experience.
• 3+ years facilities experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities management operations across multiple communities.
• Coordinate with the Executive Director and external vendors.
• Supervise maintenance staff and routine repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations; manage emergency responses.
• Plan and coordinate large-scale projects with Phoenix resources.
