Job summary

St Laurence High School is seeking a dependable, hands-on Director of Maintenance to keep the campus safe, functional, welcoming, and running efficiently. This mid-shift role supports building systems and works under the Director of Facilities to ensure spaces are ready for students, staff, and visitors.

The Director will maintain buildings, grounds, equipment, and related systems, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• Maintain the school building, campus grounds, equipment, and related systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and basic improvements throughout the facility.
• Coordinate custodial needs and campus grounds.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain equipment using safe procedures.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Support HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems within the scope of the role.
• Provide oversight and coordination related to custodial needs and campus grounds.
• Work with outside vendors for specialized service, equipment, or materials.
