The role requires a minimum of 3 years in facilities/maintenance, 2 years of team leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with a focus on safety, cost control, and operational

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in facilities, maintenance, or construction.
• Minimum 2 years directly managing or leading a team.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain campus safety and operations to align with the school calendar.
• Manage custodial staff and vendor relationships to meet budget targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health policies and training requirements.
• Monitor and improve energy usage and utilities costs.
• Provide timely CapEx quotations and support facility improvements.
