UHP — Unlock Human Potential is seeking an Experience Coordinator to enhance student, guest, and partner experiences across campus. This role blends hospitality, operations, and event support, serving as a visible, welcoming presence and ensuring daily activities run smoothly.

The ideal candidate delivers stellar customer service, manages schedules, coordinates tours and ceremonies, and collaborates with campus teams.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with groups and interacting with diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related tech.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move across campus for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional experience for students, guests, and visitors from arrival through departure.
• Serve as a welcoming, professional resource for campus questions and support.
• Conduct campus walkthroughs and ensure spaces are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Support orientations, tours, events, ceremonies, and special campus programs.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics for students and guests as needed.
• Partner with teams across campus to ensure a seamless experience.
• Utilize technology and AI-enabled tools to stay organized and improve efficiency.
• Identify issues, solve problems, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
