Job summary

Alpha School is seeking an in‑person Campus Operations Associate to welcome families and keep the campus running smoothly. You will greet visitors, fix device issues, manage arrivals, and coordinate vendors to maintain a safe and inviting environment.

You will work across campuses, including Tulsa, OK, and report to the operations team. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of related experience, and the ability to multitask with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (field of study not specified).
• At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar roles.
• Comfort with basic technology tasks including device setup, troubleshooting, and account administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication across parents, staff, and vendors.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work in‑person at one of our campuses, including Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first trusted point of contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors.
• Own daily campus flow, including arrival, dismissal, attendance, transportation, lunch logistics, campus appearance, events, and facilities follow‑up.
• Handle safety and student well‑being needs, including access control, drills, health incidents, documentation, and parent updates.
• Manage student devices and basic campus technology, including setup, account support, troubleshooting, backups, repairs, and escalation.
• Build trust with Guides, vendors, and families by being helpful first while still protecting standards.
