You will manage schedules, handle first-tier IT support, vendor relations, safety drills, and family communications, ensuring a secure, well-ordered campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or high-touch service.
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication that builds trust.
• Composed under pressure; proactive troubleshooter balancing competing demands.
• Proficient with basic IT support and Google Workspace administration.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; able to work on-site in Austin, TX (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a campus environment that is safe, prepared, and conducive to learning.
• Execute daily schedules with accuracy, ensuring learning sessions start on time.
• Manage first-tier technical support and coordinate IT escalations.
• Oversee facility workflows, safety drills, incident documentation, and vendor management.
