Country Meadows Retirement Communities is seeking a compassionate Campus Executive Director for our Harrisburg, PA campus. This full-time, on-site role starts at $110,000 annually with bonus potential and includes every 6th weekend and holiday.

Qualifications

• Must have management experience in healthcare or service-related business.
• Experience with budget preparation and supervising at least five people.
• Leadership qualities that inspire others to contribute to the shared vision of success.
• Effective communication skills for one-on-one and group presentations.
• Strong decision-making and conflict management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and operations to review resident needs and ensure team capabilities.
• Establish relationships with residents and the surrounding community to promote positive relations.
• Participate in weekly Customer Service Planning meetings to monitor resident status and needs.
• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified staff and maintain training records.
• Oversee safety, security, and maintenance to ensure a comfortable environment for residents and staff.
• Conduct facility tours and represent the organization in the absence of the marketing director.
