Qualifications

• Prior management experience in healthcare or service business.
• Budget preparation and supervision of 5+ staff.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus operations to meet resident needs.
• Build relationships with residents and community.
• Oversee staff development and training documentation.
• Recruit, interview and hire qualified staff.
• Ensure safety, maintenance and security of residents and facilities.
