Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced executive chef to lead food production at Capital University’s resident dining. You will supervise quality, develop standardized recipes, manage costs, and oversee events to deliver delicious, healthy meals for students and staff.

The role requires at least three years of progressive culinary experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and budget experience. A Associate’s degree in culinary arts is a nice-to-have.

Qualifications

• At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• Experience with budget statements.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
• Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
• Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
