Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls
• Coordinate messages for Student Affairs staff members
• Organize meetings/events
• Setup and breakdown of events and activities
• Greeting visitors
• Publicity/distribution of programs and flyers for cultural events and special programs
• Routine tasks such as filing, copying, and mailing
• Oversee the student lounge including equipment checkout and game tables
• Ensure patrons are swiping in at the door
• Clean and maintain the fitness center
• Assist in opening/closing the Game Room
• Perform other duties assigned by Student Affairs staff and supervisors
