Job summary

Kenai Peninsula College’s Kachemak Bay Campus in Homer, Alaska, is seeking applicants for a Student Community Events Assistant to support community events, develop and disseminate marketing materials, and document campus events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and coverage including some evenings and weekends.
• Support room use reservations, scheduling, and contract handling in DocuSign.
• Maintain room calendars, weekly schedules, and attendance tracking.
• Distribute flyers and coordinate with facilities/IT on room needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
