Job summary

Center for Public Partnerships & Research is seeking a Student Operational Associate to support on-site Resource Center operations, equipment checkout, and inventory management at the campus. You will check equipment in/out, assist students and faculty, and keep readiness standards for next use.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, following established procedures, and participating in daily tasks to maintain organized operations and accurate records.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience with Mac devices and cameras/photography equipment as evidenced in application materials.
• Experience or education that has developed skills in photography or videography.
• Experience with device solutions and technical support.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams as a communication and collaboration tool.
• Experience with conducting and/or maintaining inventory.

Responsibilities

• Check equipment in/out and assist students and faculty.
• Inspect returned equipment and prepare kits for the next checkout.
• Maintain accurate checkout records and verify accessories.
• Identify overdue or missing items and follow notification procedures.
• Keep the checkout area organized and assist with daily tasks per SOP.
