Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks an Engineering Ops Manager onsite at a 1.5M sq-ft Sunnyvale campus. You will lead building systems operations, partner with maintenance and engineering, and drive continuous improvement across a complex corporate campus.

The role emphasizes budgeting, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with CBRE and client teams to ensure uptime and occupant comfort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in engineering operations, facilities management, or building systems.
• Experience with large facility budgets and forecasting.
• Experience preparing engineering reports, KPI dashboards, and trends.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support campus building systems operations (MEP, HVAC, life safety).
• Prepare reports, KPI dashboards, compliance reporting for decisions.
• Monitor KPI performance and ensure timely reporting.
• Partner with sustainability teams on energy projects.
• Develop and manage vendor contracts and performance.
• Lead cross-site coordination across multiple campuses.
• Support annual operating budgets and forecasting.
• Provide 24/7 response to severe weather/events.
• Collaborate with CBRE teams for seamless operational delivery.
